In this module, we will meet four times and go through one topic at a time. Topics are validation, competitors, founders and pitching. The validation process will help you validate your business idea and validate existing markets. In the competitors module we will use different tools to find your competitors and try to find their strengths and weaknesses. In the founders module, you will find out why you can’t think startup working in the same way as normal work and what are the problems you will have sooner or later and how to manage them. In the pitching module we will break the invisible barrier for presenting your pitch to different audiences, what, how and why you should pitch.
In this module, we will meet four times and go through one topic at a time. Topics are LEAN methodology, prototypes, minimum viable segment and customer research. In the methodology part, we will find out how to use tools and focus on one task at the time, how to make your work as effective as possible and go through the build-measure-learn process. In the prototyping part we’ll go through some methods and tools how you can test your ideas from paper to wireframes to no-node solutions. We will also figure out what truly is your MVP and how to build it. We will dig deeper into your customer groups and how to find their problems and needs.
Startup revenue and costs
In this module, we will meet four times and go through one topic at a time. Topics are finance models, external funding, cost and revenue models and valuation. In the finance models we will go trough how to optimize your business model and find the right price. In external funding we’ll go through different kind of funding methods and how to get them. In the cost and revenue model topic we will try to find every single cost you will have and every single revenue stream you can have to maximize your incomes. Startup valuation will help you find our your business value and we’ll show you some tools you can use in the future.
